PENDING SCCM Patching taking long time

Hi

I have noticed that patching on machines is taking long time to report back this month. Previously this has been fine. The boundaries seem fine as all other deployments seem to work for these devices however patching seems to be really slow. For example out of the 1000 clients we have only 19 are showing successful. All the others are showing in Unknown state

Iv tried restarting the WsusPool but still the same issue.
