SOLVED SCCM - Package Deployment steps

Ever since I have implemented SCCM, I have had 0% success rate in deploying packages.

All my packages are stuck at Downloading (0%)

1. Create Package
2. Package contain source files - path to files
3. Standard program - command line (setup.exe)
4. Any Platform
5 Close
6. Manage Network Access Account > Add > Add Account
7. Properties > Data Access > Check mark
8. Distribute content to DP
9. Deploy


Any help is highly highly highly appreciated.

Edit - I am trying to deploy the new Adobe Creative Cloud Self Service Package and I will be deploying the Shared Device License Packages also.

Hi Garth,
Which logs are we looking at? Can you point me to the right path. Is it logs on client or server?

Hi Garth, Fortunately the file managed to get copied because I did not do the step 7. It got copied yay.

Now it wont get installaed - error 0x80070005(-2147024891)

I was overthinking with everything. Simple way is to

1. Create Package
2. Package contain source files - path to files
3. Standard program - command line (setup.exe)
4. Any Platform
5 Close
6. Distribute content to DP
7. Deploy
