SOLVED SCCM OSD Task sequence error 0x800702c2

Hi Prajwal

Kindly help me to solve attached error

I created task sequence for Windows 10 in place upgrade. Then I deployed to clients. When client install it using software center attached message is displayed.
"Task sequence:Win..... has failed with error code (0x800702c2)"


I attached the smsts log file as well

You are upgrading your 32 bit OS with 64 Bit OS. Hence the TS is failing.
