PENDING SCCM OS deployment Task Sequence Failed with Error Code 0x4005(16389)

Hi,
I noticed recently that my in-place OS upgrade project has been failing with this error code: 0x4005(16389). Some server deployments worked ok with the same task sequence whilst the others are unsuccessful. I have attempted to check the logs for possible cause but no avail. Pls can anyone help?

Can you upload those logs?. That error code is something that I am seeing for the first time.

Pls see the SMSTS log attached for your kind review. It appears there is a download issue at some point.
