SOLVED sccm not connecting after database transfer

Hello everyone, I transferred the sccm database, the database picked up, there are connections to it, but when the client tries to get into sccm control, it does not connect. I tried to reset the site, reconfigure SMS, what should I pay attention to in the logs?

Did you do a Site Reset? How exactly did you transfer the db?

good afternoon! Thanks for answering. I was able to figure out what was wrong. I did not add rights to the master databases and as a result I got an error that I missed in the logs.
