NEW SCCM Newb - Looking for replacement for MDT/WDS/WSUS....is SCCM what I'm looking for?

Hi folks. I've been using MDT with WDS and WSUS for awhile now and it's a bit tedious to use for some functions and SCCM seems like a possible replacement for that/those products. I'm wondering if anyone can confirm if I can get SCCM to deploy client machines for our customers as a replacement for MDT. These will NOT be systems that I want part of the SCCM infrastructure or the SCCM AD post deployment; I'm merely looking for a replacement to deploy Windows to new workstations/laptops for clients without attaching them to this or any domain during the deployment process. I'm also interested in learning a bit more about SCCM and setting up a lab environment. I did purchase a course on another site but out of nowwhere the environment completely changed in the middle of the 10 hour course so I'm looking to start over. I found this site while poking around looking for a new walkthrough and I'm hoping there is something like that available on this site that I just haven't seen yet in a short review of a few links here. Not interested in Powershell for this process and should be GUI only. Help/Info appreciated. Thanks.
