Can we use a old database with another code site for the new sccm with new code site
i mean can we use the old data in the new site

BUT if you want to get very complex with TONS or manual setup, you can create a report to "merge" results from two diffent database?

This will make the entire setup too complex to manage. I would recommend not to use this approach.
