PENDING SCCM Migration - not gathering all data

Hi all!
I want to run now the migration task to get all data to the new SCCM server.
I have configured the source server, tested the connection and everything is fine. But it does not show me all data from the source server.
I have more applications and it's showing me only one. There are zero Task Sequences shown on the SCCM02 within the migration wizard, but I have much more on the old server SCCM01.
I tried to remove and source and configured it again, rebooted once the whole targed server, but same problem.

Any idea?

My user is having full admin rights and infrastuctur rights. I have set also the new server with full admin rights and infrastructur rights on the old server. It can find all collections, some software update groups, some automatic deployment rules, but not all stuff.

Any other recommendation?

I have even set now all roles to the admin user and to the server, but still the same problem

If you have done this, it should work. I am not sure why it's not working.

I have used now the export/import function which was working fine.
