PENDING sccm migrate 2012 r2 to sccm 1802

iam trying to migrate my current sccm environment from 2012 r2 to newer one 1802 with new hardware and eliminate CAS
build new environment and running when trying to run migration job no source or destination site code available and some jobs can not even find the source or destination site
anyone have an idea about that

First, you must specify the source hierarchy with an administrator account of your old SCCM platform then configure a migration job.

i already did and used even an account that is domain admin member with full sccm administrator role and the same

In the source hierarchy, do you use the CAS or your Primary Site?
