PENDING SCCM Log files not updating

The SCCM log files stopped updating over a year ago and cannot figure out why. Not just a few log files, but almost all of them. I'm looking for a reason that this happens and how to fix it so they will start updating again. Thanks!

Do you see .lo_ extension for the log files. When the size of the log files reach the max limit, .lo_ files are created. Read this guide: https://www.prajwaldesai.com/how-to-increase-the-size-of-sccm-site-server-log-files/
