PENDING SCCM install client not being pushed to computer

I have created test enviroment and im trying to install the client on my computer, but it is not showing up on my computer.
I have attached the log files and they are number

I guess the client agent is installed. Check the logs on the client computer to determine if the client is communicating with MP - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/sccm-log-files/
