hi to all

Is there any rule of thumb to check the folders used by SCCM CB when someone run Hwd Inventory or swr Inventory?

what kind of recomendations can I apply to get Hw/Sw clean and working fine?

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any recomendation

What do you mean by folders? Inboxes, if so there should never be any file that stay within them

Yes, you got the point. I refers to inboxes folders

D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes

By example, I can delete request file from here if I do not want the SCCM CB server try to deploy an agent to any device

D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\ccrretry.box

Is there any way to do the same with the other inboxes folder?

I mean, is there any recomendation to apply to get Hw/Sw clean and working fine?

For the Retry box sure you deleted the files but they will automatically be deleted after 7 days anyways.

So the other inboxes you need to review, why you are getting them and fix that problem, otherwise it will come back.
