SOLVED SCCM Fix for CVE-2025-47178

Ok, i read about the CVE-2025-47178 security issue here: https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/en-US/advisory/CVE-2025-47178. Do we need to install any hotfix for this?

The link you provided indicates that versions earlier than 5.00.9135.1003 are affected. ConfigMgr 2503 with KB32480179 updates to version 5.00.9135.1003, and KB33177653 further upgrades it to version 5.00.9135.1006. Both versions include the necessary fix.
