PENDING SCCM Error downloading update to package

I am getting an error downloading a specific update to a specific package. I can download it to another package successfully and I can download other updates to this package successfully. The error is:

Error: 2023-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 for x64-based Systems (KB5026362)
Errors
Failed to download content id 16884442. Error: Access is denied.

I think this was caused by an issue updating the package with this update initially. Is there a way to somehow "clean" the update from the package?

Yes, I can download it outside of ConfigMgr. I can also download it within ConfigMgr, just not to a particular package.

if you can do it to another package then why worry about it? e.g. why do you care about which package it goes too?
