NEW SCCM Driver Help

So I started working on drivers in SCCM and I wanted to try to keep things clean with folders and categories and everything but I noticed that SCCM won't do duplicates which would cause a problem if I deleted older drivers later for certain models. I found this article on how to force duplicate but it didn't work. Anyone have any tips or has seen this method work. The error I get is Access is denied when trying to launch the batch file I created in the Source folder for HP drivers. Here is the article. Any help would be great.
