NEW SCCM DP drver Migration to New Server

DP migration suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated.
I want to migrate my DP server (this server only has DP installed) to a new server (has to use same server name and IP, we have many non-domain joined devices). It's a standalone primary site server.
Please guide me with any suggestions and articles.

Remove the existing DP from the site, wait for it to complete. Bring up the new server and add it to the site.

Personally, I would never have it use the same server name. And therefore I would have two up at the same time and decommission the old one as I have time.
