PENDING SCCM Collections - Incremental & Full Updates ?

Please see the attached image.

Please let me know the exact meaning of these two selections ? I didn't understand about these two options . What kind of results i will get if i select Incremental Updates or if i select Full schedule updates ?

i am using SCCM 1906
