The package which you were deployed was in required mode or available mode ?
Log will says all

Package logs->

1.Execmgr.log (client )
2.pkgxfermgr.log (Server)

I copied the last part of the pkgxfermgr.log here. But i cannot find an error in this logfile. Can you?

-->i couldn't find any errors, Check the client execmgr.log too. If you can upload full logs then it would be better. (execmgr.log + pkgxfermgr.log )

-->are you making the package available in software-center?

Package ID is WH100986

1->I could see that the pkg ID WH100986 is not distributed. Check if this your pkg id. You can navigate to softwarelibrary->application mgmt->package.

2->I couldn't find any error 0x80070057 (-2147024809) which you have mentioned in the 1st msg

3. No errors in execmgr.log

To 1- It is distributed and i can see it in Softwarecenter, but it could not be downloaded.

To 2- 0% Downlaod and the ErrorMessage with this code 0x80070057 (-2147024809)

The Package is working correctly when i deploy it to a PC in the Company Network.

Well, can you rename softwaredistribution folder once. Because as u mentioned the download it was showing 0% and check the data transfer.log any error.
Once you rename the folder, reinitiate the polices. Let's c the result. And parallely check execmgr.log. Let's c the result.
