PENDING SCCM Client shows as "No" in SCCM console

Hi All,

Recently, I have a weird issue in SCCM whereby the computer Client status is shown as "No" in SCCM but in actual the agent have been installed successfully. When I do "Discovery data collection cycle" from the client computer itself, only then it reported client status as "Yes". However, the "No" client status is still there, showing a duplicate entry. Then noticed after some time, the client status "Yes" will disappear again. Any advise on how to remediate this? This messing up my device count in the device collection.

Have you looked for duplicate GUIDs? have you looked at the properties on the device to see, what discovery methods are "seen"? What troubleshooting have you done already?
