PENDING SCCM Client not getting through CMG

Dear All,

requesting help on setting up my SCCM Environment, below are environment details
1. SCCM Server on Cloud VMs.
2. Configured CMG and DP on cloud and its integrated perfectly with SCCM MP
3.
http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist
http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert
both url giving 403.7 exception (updated server name with my Server Host name)
4. SCCM client is installing successfully but its not able to connect with sccm.
Below error is popping up
Location Service - LSIsSiteCompatible : Failed to get Site Version from all directories

Note - All clients are on Internet also the computers are not in domain.

SCCM CLient COmmand i am using -
ccmsetup.exe /NoCRLCheck CCMHOSTNAME=<CMG URL >/CCM_Proxy_MutualAuth/72057594037927994 SMSSiteCode=PS2 SMSMP= <MP hostname> CCMLOGLEVEL=0

Do you see any errors in locationservices.log ?. What about number of cycles listed under actions tab of SCCM client agent are they are available ?.

HI Prajwal,
Location service only writing " LSIsSiteCompatible : Failed to get Site Version from all directories"

In client i can see only 2 cycles
1. Machine Policy retrieval
2. User Policy retrieval

I have rerun ccm client installer and removed Loglevel parameter, now i am getting below errors in Client Location logs
