PENDING SCCM client install fails

Good day i am trying to install SCCM client both manual and push install and its failling with error:
GetDPLocations failed with error 0x8000000a ccmsetup 06/02/2024 12:17:00 26284 (0x66AC)

Picking one random error from the log is not helpful. You need to provide snippits or the whole log to be useful.
