I have one newly built SCCM 2012 R2 server (No previous or other SCCM servers in the environment). I have been able to use the client push to install the SCCM client to any of the machines on our network and it has been successful. We have a good amount of remote users that connect into our network through a Cisco VPN. When a device is on the VPN, I can ping it by hostname from the SCCM server and receive a reply however I cannot get the client installed on this device. I have the section of the CCM.log file attached the gives the error I am receiving.

The Client Push Installation account must be in the local administrators built-in group on the computers.

Alright, are you able to resolve the client computer name ?. Error 00000035 is seen when there is a DNS resolution issue.
