PENDING SCCM Client Install Error ccmsetup 0x80041013

Hello all,

When pushing a client install / reinstall to two of my servers, the cmtrace of ccmsetup.log shows the last few lines below:

Task 'Configuration Manager Client Upgrade Task' does not exist ccmsetup 4/17/2020 2:17:52 AM 7228 (0x1C3C)
Could not retrieve value for MDM_ConfigSetting . Error 0x80041013 ccmsetup 4/17/2020 2:17:52 AM 7228 (0x1C3C)
CcmSetup is exiting with return code 0 ccmsetup 4/17/2020 2:17:52 AM 7228 (0x1C3C)

Ironically, one of those servers that I'm trying to reinstall the client on is the actual SCCM site server that is both the DP and MP.

I've tried doing a manually ccmsetup /uninstall as well as the ccmclean tool but after restart and trying the reinstall using two methods (pushed from console and, deleting the ccmsetup folder and copying a fresh one from the site server), the error remains. SCCM itself is running fine as the other workstations and servers were able to install Windows Updates and run a few software installs with no issues.

Please assist. I'll be happy to provide additional info when needed.

Forgot to add: Site is currently running version 1910.
 
The errors that you mentioned will not help us troubleshoot this issue. Can you upload the ccmsetup.log file ?.
