Are you using HTTPS for client connections? If so, please run MMC and navigate to Certificates (Local Computer)> Personal >Certificates to see if your device already has a client certificate?

Failed in GetCertificate(...): 0x87d00281 - I think it's related to your expired certificate. You may try to renew the certificate on your client and MP to see if it can fix the issue.

The certificate on the management point is not expired.
