NEW sccm client failed to install patches

Hi,
I have the windows 2019 servers which are SCCM client. In the software center, the patched are there but failed to install.
the error message is 0x80004004(-2147467260).
Checked some logs,
updateStore.log -- query update status completed successfully.
WUAHandler.log -- Successfully completed scan.
Updatedeployment.log -- please see sccm03.png.

please advise other logs I can check or possible fix.
