NEW SCCM Client Configuration Manager Fails

Hi Guys, Kindly help me to install the client in windows
AD -Windows Server 2019
SCCM 2002 - Windows Server 2019 , AD Certificate Service, WSUS,WDS & all other recommended prerequisite is installed
Client is Windows 10 Enterprise
note :Firewall is turned off from all workstations
