PENDING SCCM client agent status shows offline

Hello dear Collegies. I need Help. I am from russia and i now well speak in English.
I have problems in SCCM 2012 R2 1607 LTSB.

All client offlain in SCCM and Endpoint Protection dont update on this Cliens.
On all Cliens in Local Network Separeted from Internet and Updatet don t gives.

Please, can you say, where i will see in logs problems?

Are the clients able to communicate to management point ?.

Early all the clients was connected to management point.
Early, All the client works normall, after Wsus break , I have problems. Now Wsus is working very well.

Is your management point healthy ? check under monitoring if all components are working fine.
