PENDING sccm client agent installation failed

I have a issue pushing the client of SCCM can anyone tell me how to delete the retry i have cleared everything from inboxes\ccrretry.box. Is there anything else to do .

did you check ccm.log file ?. What is the error that you are seeing ?.

after allowing IP to IP it start working so it means the issue is from the ports.can you please help me with the ports which ports to be allowed.
i have allowed the below ports.

TCP
445,135,137, 443,2701,
UDP
135, 25536, 67,68, 9, 445

PLEASE CORRECT THE EXACT PORTS TO BE ALLOWED FROM CLIENT SIDE TO SERVER

after allowing the above port it start installing, but in 3 hours the agent is installed only in 3 clients . what can be the issue and how i can clear all the queue and previous task and do fresh agent installation.

check the ccm.log file on the server to see if there are any errors in installation. You could install the client agent for whole collection at one go. Have you enabled auto client push installation ?.
