PENDING SCCM Certificate warnings Failed to decrypt PFX data

I've a couple of certificate warnings from certmgr.log and distmgr.log (see screenshots attached)
Can you please help for troubleshooting this, thanks.

Hello Prajwal,

at the moment, everything looks working fine.
I have recently upgraded the OS server, the current branch and the SQL Server version. They're all on the same server which is a unique primary site.
I also have an issue with the native ConfgMgr SQL Server identification certificate. I can no longer manage this one so I have recreated from IIS a new self-signed certificate. Unfortunately its life validity is only for 1 year as the original one was for 100 years.

The difference is that we don't have any PKI certificates.
