PENDING SCCM application approval not showing correct data

Hi everyone,

Recently we got new issue with application approval list in sccm 2012.
Apparently now the list that is shown in CM console is not same as it is in SQL.
Some user requests for one app and request is shown but other user request that same app and it is not shown in console, but they are all visible in SQL table.
They can install apps that do not need approval normally.

Did anyone had similar case and where can I start troubleshooting this issue?
Are there any log that we could check?

Hi Prajwal,
Thanks for responding, we are using SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 with CU4 and we did stumble upon that link but we did not find anything that would help us in this case.

Did anyone make any changes in DB apart from just fetching the data ?. If not I would suggest to create support ticket with MS.
