NEW SCCM Anti-malware policy exclusions not applying in W11 machines

SCCM Endpoint protection policy is under Assets and compliance → Endpoint Protection → Antimalware policies → TC Workstations → Exclusion settings

on both OS’s:
Search for “security” in Settings → Under Virus and Threat protection settings: Manage settings → Under Exclusions: Add or Remove exclusions.
Windows 10 receives the workstations policy Windows 11 does not
