Hi,
i have a problem with my SCCM and WSUS Role.
I don't have a Internet Connection, so i have only FOLDER DB with ALL Microsoft Updates.....

what is the procedure for synchronizing this folder? THANK YOU

Hi,

What is the extension of the software updates in your Folder DB?

The best way is to have a Software Update Point connected to the Internet (you can make policies to allow just Microsoft Updates servers) then synchronizing the software updates from the Site server and deploy them directly as Group of Software updates or with Automatic Deployment Rules to you clients.

If you're operating your CM Site on a closed-loop network I would suggest implementing a connected WSUS that downloads from Microsoft. Filter out all the updates you don't want, use wsusutil.exe to export your update data along with your wsuscontent directory. Then on the server with the WSUS role on your CM site use wsusutil to import the exported metadata and copy in your content. SUP management will be as usual from there.
