PENDING SCCM and WSUS Sync not working

Hi All
I am having issues synching SCCM with WSUS on Windows Server 2012 R2.

SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER status is showing as Warning or Critical and on WSUS the sychronisation is coming up as failed

Not quite sure what I need to to do next to make this work.

Please kindly advise

Thanks, please see logs

Check your SUP once. As per the log, issue is with SUP. try to reconfigure SUP if nothings resolves your problem. Post reconfiguration try to do sync
