Hi

I have two MP and have noticed that all clients are showing offline (not getting any policy requests) but they are active ( i am able to remote control them and can see when they last logged in)

nothing has changed overnight that i know of.

what are the best logs to examine for this? I am using HTTP self signed client certificate

Hi

1592570305776.png is bgserver.log (note it says total online client 1, i have 1500 clients)

1592570494705.png is bgbmgr.log.

Update
As i have 2 MP i went to administrator > site > Management points and i unpicked the management point which i thought had the issue. All clients are talking to the 2nd MP. i now have 800 clients online but only 1 mp ticked.

There is something wrong with that other MP. Also noticed yesterday new machines which were built were not getting client self-signed certificate (not using http yet) as soon as the problem MP was unticked these machines got the client cert

What is best way to diagnose issue with problem mp

Hi

I got MS involved in this but they are not sure either, They have taken some logs to review. They think from looking at it and the logs all is well and they can not see any issues. They can see the client trying to communicate with the MP and all is well on that side (CCMNotificationAgent.log reports all is well and handshake was successful) i will report back when they come back examining the logs properly
