Hello there,
I seem to be having an issue with the monitoring of a particular adr rule that I have created; this rule installs any hotfixes for Windows 10 21H2 clients.
What I am noticing is that certain clients are being reported as having an error such as the attached; however if I check a number of these clients the KB update is actually installed; it seems that sccm is not detecting this for some reason.
Has anyone encountered any similar issue please?

Have you reviewed the logs on the client to confirm that the SU didn't get directly applied from MS?

Hello Garth,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked the logs on the client computers particularly wuahandler logs and the attached is listed in this log. From what I can understand is that the update is being installed and completed normally. Is this correct or should I be looking at another specific logfile?
In the meantime I have decided to delete the ADR rule completely and recreate it from scratch.
Thank you once again, will let you know how it goes this time, once the monitoring starts to collect some data.
