Gents,

I am very new to SCCM, the environment we have was setup by me from scratch.

My environment
Server 2016 Standard
SCCM 1802 - Primary server
Full and open internet access

I tried:
Folder and sharing permissions set to the SCCM service account
Folder share with no spaces
Restarted server
Recreated the ADR numerous times, each with different settings
Tried new folder shares
Manually deleted temp file directories

I'm having a weird issue with my server. I create an ADR for Office 365. It was always working without any issues. I have an ADR for SCEP and it never ever fails.

Messages from log files:

PatchDownloader:
Hash verification of file C:\Windows\TEMP\CABBD3A.tmp failed, error 0x17
ERROR: DownloadContentFiles() failed with hr=0x8007362e

ruleengine:
Failed to download the update from internet. Error = 13870
Failed to download ContentID 16850854 for UpdateID 16859419. Error code = 13870

The package location is it in the Site Server? Give to the SCCM Server computer account full control on the O365 package folder.

Can you try to delete the ADR then recreate it by following this guide.

Yes it is in the primary server, the computer account also has full access.

I followed that guide with one of the ADRs.

I just made some changes and it failed again.

PatchDownloader log file:
-Download http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/f...ice/data/16.0.9226.2114/stream.x86.x-none.dat in progress: 70 percent complete
-Download http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/f...ice/data/16.0.9226.2114/stream.x86.x-none.dat to ---------C:\Windows\TEMP\CAB545C.tmp returns 0
-Hash verification of file C:\Windows\TEMP\CAB545C.tmp failed, error 0x17
-ERROR: DownloadContentFiles() failed with hr=0x8007362e

From SCCM Console:
Last Error Code : 0X8007362E
Last Error Description : Hash verification failed

For interest sake I've created a Windows 10 ADR to check if it will download.

Gentlemen,

I solved the issue. On our firewall we have download limits to block files larger than a certain MB. Added the ADM account to the exclusion list and it went through.

What worries me is how did the other ADRs work and why was it working and stopped suddenly.

Just glad it is solved.

On to my next thread...I have a lot of questions :)
