SOLVED SCCM ADR for Endpoint Definition fails with error code 0x800701f7

I have configured ADR for Endpoint definitions in sccm. It has been running for sometime until about three days ago it failed with error code 0x800701f7 and last error decription -2147024393. I have deleted and recreated but it doesn't get resolved.

If the ADR was working earlier then check the firewall and proxy settings. Check with your network team if there were any changes done recently. Do you have a proxy configured in your setup ?.

I checked with our network team and there hasn't been any changes. Yes we do have proxy configured in our setup.
 
I think proxy is causing the issue for ADR. If you create again, same error will appear. I would suggest to go through below link Click me
 
No it wasn't available in the console.

Thank you so much for the support. It was indeed a proxy issue. The temporal solution that fixed the error was to configure the proxy server to by-pass windows updates from ICAP Scanning and the ADR error cleared after software updates synchronization, now endpoints are able to receive definition updates automatically.
