SOLVED SCCM account is getting locked in the interval of one hour on primary site.

We are running with one CAS site server and two primary site servers. We are using only one credential for loging-in to these servers. CAS site and one primary server is running fine but due to second primary server the SCCM account is getting locked. It is doing in the interval of one hour. Account is getting locked and automatically unlocked after 15 minutes.

Can anyone help on the same?

The account locks after multiple incorrect attempts of the password (with Group Policy), check if you are using this account as a service account with incorrect password.

I have checked all accounts and services. All are running with accurate credential. No one service was found with wrong credential.
And one more thing i.e. account is getting locked in every one hours and it is for 15 minutes, after that it is getting automatically unlocked.

Now, can any one help on the same?

I would suggest you find out what's locking that account ?. There are many tools to find out what is locking an account. You must visit Account policies > Account lockout policy to see what settings are configured there.

I downloaded the Netwrix Account Lockout Examiner tool and search over the network, which user is locking the account. I found for SCCM client pushing, I have configured one another user and he was locking out the SSCM account. I have removed that account and set also SCCM account for client pushing on agents systems.

Now, the issue has resolved.
