PENDING SCCM 2111 updates and services status is empty

after downloading the latest version of configuring manager 2111, when I click on install then the updates and servicing status is empty,
Appreciate your kind support to fix this issue.
As I checked there isn't any error from dmpdownloader.log.
also, I have tried removing the package GUID from the database via the below query, but still the same issue.

DELETE FROM CM_UpdatePackages WHERE PackageGuid='B07144F6-3B8E-4587-B1F0-BB47DA54C566'

please check the logs as you requested. I have removed the package guid again and downloaded it. now updates and servicing status empty when I click on run prerequisites.

I am not seeing any errors in the file. I compared the lines with my dmpdownloader.log, and it's pretty much same.
Do not use the cmupdatereset tool repeatedly because I am not seeing any issues with update download.

Same incident, I want to update in configuration manager 2207, but when I execute "Run prerequisite check", the show status is empty.
In the \Monitoring\Overview\Updates and Servicing Status menu, Configuration manager 2207 is no longer present, it was before the launch of the prerequisite check, with validated download information.
Running the CMUpdateReset.exe tool for the 2207.
Relaunch of the validated download.
Relaunch of the checkprerequisite site, same problem show status is no longer present.
Test with other version not better.

I've got the same issue than MAGUETB,I'm in 2211 version SCCM.
I download the last version 2309.
It's ready to run the check prerequisite, but after the status is emty.
I used CMUpdateReset.exe tool and the line "Delete from CM_EDL.dbo.CM_UpdatePackages where PackageGuid='FD3D0214-F4DC-4664-B6BB-997E381B7C9D'" to reset the update 2309.
Anybody can help me?
