PENDING SCCM 2012 Update 1910 stuck at ready to install

I have SCCM running Windows 2012 R2. I am trying to install CM Update 1910 KB4537079. Its current state is "ready to install" but "install update pack" button is greyed out". Under Installation Status, Download is completed but it doesn't move on to Replication, Prerequisite Check, Installation and Post Installation. How can i fix?

Thank You for your reply. The Install Panel is grayed out. The only thing that isn't grayed out is the "Download" Button.

It is possible that the update package is not downloaded completely, I suggest to you to click on Download on monitor this in dmpdownloader.log & dmpuploader.log files.

Make sure that the site server has always Internet access.

I used to see dpmdownloader.log and dmpuploader.log log files but I don't see them any more. I tried resetting the update but still no luck. Its state is "Ready to install" but install, run prerequisite, retry installation, ignore prerequisite warnings buttons are all grayed out. The only thing i can do after reset is download.

Right click the update and click Download. Then go to logs directory and check if you can get those two log files. Without those log files, troubleshooting is difficult.

I was able to fix our SCCM. I deleted the stuck SCCM Update from database and then deleted out of EasyPayLoad Folder. Updates are now installing for us.
