PENDING SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Management server with CU3

Hello,

I have upgrade my SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Management server with CU3, Automatic Client update is enabled, however after the CU3 update client are still getting the old updates from the management server. Client Push also pushes the same old update version, What would be the issue ?
