i give one use full administrator in sccm 2012 but this user don't have reports in sccm console
but the use can open reports and run when open report server from web browser

@raf - check the srsrp.log for any errors. If there are no errors then check the following things.

1. Change the Default Instance (MSSQLSERVER) configuration to use port 8080 in the Report Manager Configuration and restart the Report Manager Service.

2. Add TCP port 8080 to the Incoming Firewall rules.

3. Reinstall Reporting services.

Okay if its working fine for other users then it's worth allowing the user to try and login on different machine. When you add the user to any of the SCCM roles then the permissions should get reflected immediately.

the report is work with this account in another machine but when try to open in console inside sccm server not work and all report not shown

If the user has access to reports then it should show up in the console when its is accessed. Strange ! Could you post the screenshot ?

many thanks to your help
i fix the problem i found that user profile in sccm 2012 server is corrupted
