SOLVED SCCM 2012 R2 Deploy Software on Client Workgroup Error

Hi all,
I'm newbie on SCCM, so i have to deploy Software to my client, with client have join domain everything ok.
But when i try to deploy on my workgroup devices so have error


and on CITaskMgr.log

When i check solution of Prajwaldesai i have aldready check :


This make me headache. Hope somebody give me an advise.

When I deploy software to the Software center sometimes it takes a while to show up and work properly.
Did you try installing again?
I also have issues with older versions of .NET Framework. Most of my clients are v4 or above.
