I have the same issue, when I use a remote console I can see any reports, if -I used the same account that I uded to deploy SCCM stand alone I am getting this error:

No details are available for this error.
-------------------------------
Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.SmsException
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Managed to sort out this issue by Changing the credentials to access Report Server database to an administrator account and tested the connection It worked fine.
and the SSRS logs was telling me that it was trying to connect using Secure connection, Saw that Secure connection Level is set to 2,changed it to 0,Restarted SSRS and then SSRS report server and report manager worked fine, I then uninstalled Reporting point role on the SCCM site server and installed it again and it started to work and lastly i made sure my internet explorer is pointing to my proxy server on then DB and started watching the ssrs log deploying reports through the log monitoring tool,i went to the console and the reports were available.
