SCCM 2012 migration approach.
Currently we are in the process of IT sepration (one company splits to 3 companies)
currently existing evnironment SCCM 2012 R2 is in use.
other 2 companies we are going to host new data center and we configure SCCM 2012 R2
how we approach migration.
1. creating new boundaries and new groups (new AD will be hosted)
2 how collections will do
3. how packages will do

over all what is the migration approach what and all we migrate to other 2 companies.
branding is different.

HI Rajendra, I did not understand your question completely. Based on the information that you have provided, here are few suggestions.

1) creating new boundaries and new groups (new AD will be hosted) - Yes you need to create new boundaries and boundary groups. Since this will be entirely new setup its required.

2) how collections will do & how packages will do - Packages and collections can be migrated from old setup to new setup.

1. Spliting one company to 3 companies - hosting 2 different Domains
2. current environment runnign with SCCM 2012
3. At the time of spliting - we need to migrate what and all possible from SCCM 2012 to SCCM 2012 to 2 different companies and existing environment should be AS IS not to disturb.
4. Below are the list we are currently.
Boundaries
Collections
Software Packages
Virtual Application Packages
Software Update Deployment Packages
Software Update Deployment Templates
Software Update Lists
Operating System Boot Images
Operating System Driver Packages
Operating System Drivers
Operating System Images
Operating System Install Packages
Task Sequences
DCM Configuration Baselines
DCM Configuration Items
Software Metering Rules

above list what and all we can migrate from existing to other 2 domains with out disturbing eixsting environment.
