SOLVED SCCM 2012 Convert Distribution point to Secondary site

Hi,
We have Primary site, Secondary Site and Distribution points. We noticed lot of network traffic between distribution point and primary site,also slow image process..... We are thinking move Distribution points to secondary sites. is there any easy way to do in SCCM 2012 . Without Upload prestage / extract...

More clarification - the site system(server) only has to be removed as a site system and then readded by the secondary site which will remove by config mgr sites.
Hence our experience was that once you remove the DP role from the server, the folders supporting SCCM - like contentlib, remove themselves in a short period thereafter. then when readded to secondary the packages are reloaded. this was time consuming and we still had some package failures.

Best way is Not to Move DP's from primary sites to Secondary sites...
