PENDING SCCM 2012 client issues

The client computers are not able to reach / talk to MP to download the policies. Please attach the following log files - locationservices.log, clientlocation.log and clientidmanagerstartup.log.

Thank you for your answer M. Desai. Here the logs files. I renamed them to .txt.

I don't think that the problem comes from the client side because ALL clients can't receive any Windows update or applications from SCCM Console.

Hope you'll find a clues to guide me to the solution for my problem.
