PENDING SCCM 2012 client issues

I also found that others SCCM admin got the same problem as me in the following post since last november but didn't share there answer if they have it.

The client computers are not able to reach / talk to MP to download the policies. Please attach the following log files - locationservices.log, clientlocation.log and clientidmanagerstartup.log.

Thank you for your answer M. Desai. Here the logs files. I renamed them to .txt.

I don't think that the problem comes from the client side because ALL clients can't receive any Windows update or applications from SCCM Console.

Hope you'll find a clues to guide me to the solution for my problem.
