PENDING SCCM 1902 Windows Updates question

I got sccm question. Does sccm able to move clients without the latest windows updates to different vlan. Like a quarantine subnet? Want to know is it able to do so natively or we need 3rd party applications to achieve it?

New Setup. getting sccm to assign the clients to the quarantine vlan when they are in the network. until the clients are fully patched then only move them back to production vlan all from sccm natively. no 3rd party app involvement.

I don't think if you can do this with SCCM but the best way is using Network Access Protection.
