SOLVED SCCM 1810 installation failed status

hi to all

I have the "configuration manager 1810" in "installation failed" status and "configuration manager 1806" in "downloading" status. It took almost 3 days and it did not finished to download the update file from SCCM Admin console

How can I fix this behaviour?

I checked the following three logs with no success

hman.log, dmpdownloader.log (specially) cmupdate.log

In addition, I have all URL from Microsoft published in the firewall

So what can I do in order to finishe this

This is fixed.

The solution was close admin SCM console and restart SMS executive service.
