PENDING SCCM 1810 Hotfixes - hotfix KB4490434 required

I am in the process of applying the latest SCCM 1810 hotfixes to multiple clients and both hotfixes KB4490434 and KB4488598 are available. Do I need to apply both hotfixes in order of release (since KB4488598 was released after KB4490434) or can I deploy KB4488598 and if KB4490434 is still showing as available post deployment, deploy it then? In other words does KB4488598 include KB4490434 as a part of it or not?

I went ahead and upgraded one of the three clients I needed to but KB4490434 is still showing as Available. Since KB4490434 is a part of the KB4488598 Hotfix Rollup as per the article https://www.prajwaldesai.com/sccm-1810-hotfix-kb4488598/, is this a quirk or do I still need to install KB4490434? I am going to do my other two clients today so I will check to see if the same thing occurs.

No - I will try that - I had assumed (slapping my head) that would have been run automatically.
